The media could not be loaded.  This company and bike is 💯THUMBS DOWN!! THEY SENT ME this 300$ bike! MISSING PARTS, DAMAGED PARTS AND NO INSTRUCTIONS! NO LABELS AND WRONG DESCRIPTION! When I contacted VEVOR WITH PUCS AND VIDEO...they were not assuming responsibility as this BIKE IS SUPER EXPENSIVE TO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER COURTESY OR REFUND AS WELL AS WARRANTY WICH IT DOES HAVE AND IM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THAT!! BEWARE!!!!!! ITS A MECHANICAL NIGHTMARE.

Instructions were a little tricky but easy to figure out in the end. Took 6 hours to put together. When taking it out of the box, you have to be careful because some of the screws were loose in the box. They did give you extra screws and equipment in case you needed more. Also, the basket on the front was another purchase. It did not come with the bike. I like the color and the size is correct. It seems like it will last forever because of the sturdiness and metal used to make it.

What a great purchase! This trike is exactly what I was looking for in appearance, quality, and durability. I’ve been biking everywhere with my kids all summer and am pleased with the performance of this bike. I will say, though, assembling it was a beast. None of the connections met exactly so it was a fight to install everything. Then, on the test run, the fender on the right kept rubbing the wheel which caused it to get jerked out of place and I ended up running it over which left a hearty dent. Thankfully the paint didn’t chip so with luck it won’t become rusty. After better securing it hasn’t caused an issue. Let’s talk appearance: I purchased the green because it looked more Kelly green on screen but it’s more electric green in person. Let’s talk quality: the bike bell is embarrassingly cheap and cheesy so I replaced it with the kind my pure 80’s heart preferred. Overall, I would purchase again, but I would bring it to a bike shop for assembly. 🦆

This tricycle has been a game-changer for my daughter who has learning disabilities. After countless attempts to learn to ride a traditional bike, she was able to confidently ride this trike on her first try. The size and weight are ideal, making it easy to transport in my van.However, the assembly process was incredibly frustrating due to the poorly written instructions. Critical components, like the chain railer, were completely omitted. I had to rely heavily on online resources to complete the build. A detailed assembly video would have been invaluable. Despite this significant issue, the tricycle itself is perfect for my daughter and I would highly recommend it.

This bike is marketed as “easy install” but the instructions had pictures of a bike that didn’t even match this one. There were pieces that were supposed to fit into other pieces per the manual but the bike’s pieces didn’t match up at all. We had to rebox and ship back to return. This was after my husband spent an hour and a half trying to figure it out by googling the right model number. Save yourself the headache - don’t ignore the bad reviews - this bike is a disaster.

Chain pops off easily. Horrendously difficult to put together without two people. Instructions don't work well. Tires don't hold full air without popping off the rims. Overall, it works but not worth the price. I hope Vevor see's this and corrects the issues.

I bought this for my special needs son because he's afraid to try riding a "regular" bike. My husband put this together with no trouble. He did have to take the tires in to a shop to get them pumped but that wasn't a big deal. Customer service is very responsive.

Took about a month to get it rideable. My sons have lives of there own. First off the chain wouldn't go on, finally solved that and then the pedals and wheels didn't work. Took my rear fenders off they rubbed the tires too much. Fenders need to be just a little larger. All these things were fixable with patience and knowledge. I love the color of my bike I got the green one and I bought a orange helmet. Now I ride my grandson to or from preschool and we have so much fun. Next is riding to the park with lunch or snacks.

If you are a bike mechanic and have your bike store then this is for you. Otherwise steer clear from this product. The assembly instructions are not clear at all, it is very easy to make an assembly mistake and then you are left by yourself. Customer service is a robot that will autoreply asking you to send videos and pictures but at this point you need a person not a videocall to resolve the problem. Now I had to disassemble the bike and after hours of wasted time I just found out that I have to pay about $80 for shipping fees! This is what I got for buying this online. It is a waste of time and money.

I ride my bike every day to exercise my knees and strengthen my leg muscles and it's so much fun! VEVOR really stands by their product. When one of the essential pieces was broken on arrival and they couldn't get a replacement part to me, they sent me a new bike. Customer service doesn't get much better than that!

I love the look and feel of this bike, fun to ride. However there have been lots of issues, preventing me from riding it. 2 tire tubes popped before even riding it and at the replace. 3rd tire when flat due to a poor rubber seal on the rim.Only 2 of 7 gears would shift, even after tested by a professional, had to buy a new derailer.Note the high centre of gravity when turning corners; it can tip onto 2 wheels at moderate speed.This was bike to see if I would like the concept of a trike before dishing out a coupled thousand dollars, and I will likely upgrade soon due to the amount I've spent fixing.

Nice,solid well built bike. Took me about 4 hours to to put together. Turns out the20” bike was a bit too small for my wife so we sent it back and ordered a 24” bike .
