After receiving the darts I found the provided 180 plastic tips didn't stick in my dart board. In the box there are two other sample tip styles and I found the style that fit my dart board. I emailed customer service as instructed on the box and within 12 hours a bag of replacement tips were in the mail at no extra cost.The replacement tips were colored and a bit softer plastic. Throws that ended up on the perimeter of the dart board were getting stuck in the board and the plastic was stretching, ruining the tips. I inquired with customer service if the colored tips are a softer plastic (they are) and they asked if I liked the black tips better. I responded yes - and again within 12 hours, a bag of black replacement tips were in the mail at no extra cost!The darts have nice weight and solid flights. Quality product at a good price. The customer service is outstanding!

We purchased these darts to use during quarantine on an older dart board in the basement. We had a lot of time on our hands, and were looking for things to do. We never used the old dart board, and we figured we would spend a little money on some darts and give it a go. We were not disappointed. We were used to those cheap bar room plastic darts. These are the opposite of those. These are well built, and have a nice weight to them. Making it better was that the manufacturer sent us three different styled heads to try. The reason being, some dart boards accommodate different dart heads. This was news to us. We tried them all, and decided on one of the sample heads. We sent an email requesting these heads, and the response was fast. Before we knew it, a small bag of the better heads arrived, free of charge. We used these replacement heads, and the darts stuck way better. Great customer service, and a very good product.

These are an nice weight and throw pretty well. The fins come off rather easily if you aren’t checking them and pressing them back in after every 1-2 throws. Once they come off, they split into layers when you try to put the fins back on. The tips hold up well if you continually straighten them. My 9 year old is learning to throw darts and is bending his tips a lot. But I don’t think I can blame that on the product, more on his inexperience. Very happy with the product for the price.

Good darts. Fights don't fall off. Only had it happen once after a night of playing. One slight problem though. One of the shafts only had one slit cut out to attach the flights so one dart could not be used. Contacted the vendor but no reply after a day. Luckily I had a spare shaft from an old set but now one dart doesn't match the set. Not a huge deal but wanted to point it out. Knocked off one star for this. The tips stick around 70% of the time when my wife and kids play but part of this is in throwing technique. I have more of a 90% stick rate but know how hard to throw for a better stick rate. They give you extra tips to experiment with on your board to see if they stick better then you can replace with those next time.Update: I emailed the vendor and asked If I could be sent a replacement shaft to replace the defective one and didn't get any reply so just wrote it off, then one day a box arrived with a complete new dart set. I didn't see any note on my account asking me to send the old set back so assume they just comped me a whole new set. Wow! That is standing by their product. Raised my review to 5 stars for extrordinary customer service and product.

We received these darts with different points/tips to try out. The set also came with instructions on how to request a different style tip if one style stuck better or performed better than the others. For us, all of the 3 tip styles stuck well, but 2 of the 3 tip styles stuck too much and it took a bit of work to get them out of our dart board. This can be expected of darts purchased anywhere since there are so many different makes and models of dart boards. We emailed the vendor per their instructions and within 3 days we received a bag of 250pcs CL04 style tips (the white colored tips for this particular manufacturer). Our dart board loves the CL04 tips. The seller was very easy to work with and sent us the free tips, so huge kudos to them for superb customer service.

I assembled these darts and everything seemed to go OK. Now for actually using them things did not go so good. The tips are complete junk. They break very easily. One tip broke in the shaft and had to be drilled out because it broke right at the threads. The tips do not stick in the dartboard because they are too skinny. They do not fit the holes properly and consistently bounce back out of the board when throwing darts. The shaft and fletching of the dart seem to be OK. Basically it’s the tips. That is a problem when you depend on the tip to stick in the board. It’s very difficult to have a legitimate dart game when none of the darts will stick. My boards manufacturer is Unicorn. I ended up going back to them for tips that actually work properly. If it wasn’t for the bad tips I would’ve given these darts five stars.

Very pleased with these darts. Set them up with no problems - flights and tips all went on fine. Played multiple games with all 5 sets and they all stuck to the board just fine! I normally play with shorter tips, but these ones were good and I'm very pleased with them...I did come across two tips that were a bit deformed, but they still stuck in the board for a few rounds. Quality of the parts seems good too. They included some extra tips to check out in case there was a problem with the bulk of them sticking, but there was no problem with that. Really good value IMO.

This was really a great deal for darts. They are good quality and feel great. I bought them for our basement dartboard just for recreation, but they feel so good to throw that I am thinking about replacing my travel set with them. The tips that came didn't work well in my dart board, resulting in darts drooping when they stuck in the board. They are aware that all tips don't work perfect on all boards. A short email to the seller and a few days later I received another bag of tips that remedied the problem. I couldn't be happier with the service. Buy these if you are in the market for darts.
