Love these! Hubby and I are lactose intolerant and live in the sticks. Lactose free products are not easy to find here. These have a shelf life and are worth every penny. Taste great, perfect for coffee and cooking.

Ripple is a staple in my house, so when I saw this Barista Blend pop up in my Reddit feed I was cautiously optimistic.I’ve been really disappointed with other non-oat based barista blends bc they can still curdle when added to regular drip coffee. IMO, the main selling point of barista blends is that they’re supposed to be the answer to all the issues regular non-dairy milks have when added to coffee and espresso. So when they curdle it’s like, “What’s the point? You had one job”.That said, the Ripple Barista Blend has NOT curdled on me yet! I’ve added it straight from the fridge to both pour-over coffee and instant coffee with no issues. We typically buy light-medium roast coffee beans, which tend to be more acidic and our electric water kettle is set to about 190F.Regarding how well it foams - I’ve produced both spot on microfoam and the more airy cappuccino-style foam (former barista here).Considering how expensive everything is nowadays, I think this product is totally worth it. I don’t think it’s available yet in stores though, just online from Ripple and Amazon.

Very good creamer for coffee but not as good as the refrigerated bottles I buy at the grocery store.

Saw this advertised and the reviews were so encouraging I decided to try it. First, I bought a refrigerated bottle at the store and was shocked at how much I didn't hate it! I used NutPods for a decade but eventually went back to half and half because hot tea just never tasted great with NutPods (or ANY other nondairy creamer). After I finished the bottle of this from the store, I ordered the shelf stable case from Amazon. It does taste a bit different than the refrigerated bottle, although the ingredients list is supposedly the same. The store bottle was also thicker. Regardless, this is now my non dairy creamer and I am thrilled with it. It does NOT taste like dairy half and half, but it also does not taste like coconut or nuts or oats; it's really really good. I think the company could add a tad more sugar in the factory to mimic the sweetness of dairy half and half, but I'm happy with it as is. It doesn't really taste like anything, which is a good thing. If you've tried non dairy creamers, they all taste like something. This Ripple honestly is the closest thing to half and half, but don't expect it to taste like it. The first thing I said when I put it in my hot tea was, "I don't hate this!!" which was an extremely positive declaration. If you've tried all the others, you will for sure like this better. I will continue using it and I feel really good about not harming cows again.

I love half and half!!! But I can't drink dairy anymore. This really fills the gap!!! It's not bad ingredients. The taste and texture are great. I used to buy the fresh version in the store but it was hard to find. I was thrilled when I found this version. I always have some ready to use!!!

I love this product. I have high LDL so I need to watch what I eat. I like my coffee with cream and this product tastes just like cream in my coffee without the cholesterol.

Really awful. Expensive and leave an awful taste. Not sure how they can make my favorite protein shakes and this be so incredibly awful.With I could return the unused cartons. I’m trying to find them a home before throwing them away.

I love it in my coffee. Love that I can cook with it. Disappointed that it contains oil.
