My husband is very happy with this belt. It holds his insulin reservoir and fits perfectly, even though he is a larger guy.

So, my son is used to a minimal homemade pump pouch attached to an elastic strap. It turns out that the homemade one is his preference, in particular because:* This one is much bigger, so it takes up more space around his waiste, and he's more aware of it being there.* The pump pouch in the homemade one is padded. By contrast in this belt, it is waterproof, but not padded. Having it waterproof is generally not awfully useful nowadays as the pumps themselves are waterproof. It's an interesting touch though.Having said all of that, this pump belt would likely be ideal for holding an insulin pump close to the body while doing sports, or for security while travelling.But this belt is good quality, and seems to be made with a decent velcro. So it might be worth a try.We went for the small, which fit okay on my son (30" waist), but I'm not sure how well it'd fit on someone a bit larger.

I bought this to hold my tslim insulin pump in during the night as I needed to keep my pump nearer my g7 sensor as it kept losing signal when I slept with the pump in its thigh pouch. I chose this one as I liked the idea of velcro as I didn't want any clips to sleep in.It is brilliant, I wrap it around my waist with my pump at exactly the right position I want it in and in the morning it is this exactly where I put it, doesn't move an inch.

My partner recently changed insulin pumps and his new pump just doesn't get on with the pouch he was using previously, leading to lots of spills and thrills. I picked this one up on the off chance it would be better, and so it has proven for him. £21.99 at time of review, this comes in the form of a relatively slim black fabric belt with velcro closure. In the middle there is a zipped pocket with mesh viewing window. This is a big improvement for him as he is more easily able to view the pump, the zip is more reliable than the older belt's velcro straps at keeping in in place, the design means the tubing can also be more controlled (either by zipping inside pouch or tucking under the belt, and the belt fits securely but is also comfortable and stretchy for everyday wear. He is very pleased with it and hopefully it will prove to be just as good as it initially seems as he continues to wear it. It's definitely a big improvement on the previous one.
