Saved my back before my ACDF surgery. It’s easy to move up and down, even thu I’m weak on the left side and it comes fully assembled, yesyou heard me right. I realize there are similar products with an extra keyboard pad but my keyboard is just the right height on the top. It love standing at my desk so much more than sitting, so much better for the new hardware in my neck from years of tech neck!
