My niece and nephew both like playing with this. They don't spend very long, getting bored after 15-20 minutes, but in that small amount of time I can already see a difference in how well they are able to sort the magnetic beads.The quality is good and the magnet works well. I also like there are 2 sides and multiple games to play.

The magnetic pen is not that strong to get ahold of the balls to move it around. I played with it on our road trip and I was struggling to use it. My 4 and 3 year old couldn’t even do really anything with the balls cause they couldn’t get the magnetic to connect with the ball. However that didn’t stop them from playing with it. They are very imaginative little kids and they made up stuff with that toy and played with it for awhile!

Great Montessori wooden magnetic color and number maze with drawing board. Very educational and fun. My toddler loves this Montessori toy. The toy is very sturdy and durable, and my toddler tries to get the balls out but no matter what she does she can't break it. It's very easy for toddlers to use on there own. I definitely recommend buying.

My almost 3-year old loves this Magnetic Maze but becomes a bit frustrated because she has not quite mastered holding the magnetic pen to move the balls. I’ve found that the balls move best when the pen is held almost perfectly vertical. That’s contrary to how we teach kids to hold pens and pencils.I think the pen’s magnet should have been considerably stronger which would allow younger kids the ability to easily move the balls.Other than that, the game is well made and has vibrant colors that definitely catches a kid’s attention. I love that everything is self contained and none of those little balls can escape.The game has activities that not only keep kids entertained, but helps them develop fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. It helps the toddlers learn colors, counting and sorting, in addition to, letting them be creative.I’m sure my granddaughter will finally get the hang of moving the balls but right now, grandma is the ball mover and granddaughter is the instructor.

I like that this toy has 2 sides. You can sort by color or number on one side, and do shapes or create whatever you want on the other. It is fully encased so I don’t have to worry about the tiny balls getting lost or swallowed. This toy is great for hand eye coordination as well as learning & recognizing colors & numbers. It says for 3+, but my 18 mo knows how to use an Amazon tablet and no problem figuring out how to move the balls around.

This magnetic board is relatively large, especially for a toddler. It makes a great toy for the house, but it is probably a bit large for travel.It comes in a retail box, so it could make a nice gift. I like that the board is enclosed, so there are no small pieces which can scatter everywhere, or worse yet, be swallowed by a toddler. It is three games in one, and both sides of the board are functional. While the pieces are relatively small, the magnetic stylus works quite well considering it doesn’t come in direct contact with those pieces. The game does require some level of patience (dragging and dropping those small pieces with a stylus), and perhaps might not work for more active kids.Overall, it is very well made, and all edges have a smooth finish. Highly recommend.
