Fit snugly and are non marking
I have an older over the door towel rack/clothes hanger that I really like. It's made of chrome tubing and had white rubber end caps to keep the bottom from marking up the door. I recently remodeled the bathroom I use it in and painted the door. The rubber caps of the rack had degraded and split and one stuck to the door more than the rack. I didn't want to tape them back together but didn't want to damage the newly painted door. I couldn't find any replacements that would fit locally so I went online. These fit perfectly and don't mark up the door. I wish they were available in white but at least I was able to use my cool retro towel rack again.
