Gaming Headset with Microphone for All-Platform, PC, Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, VR, Android and iOS - Red

The sound quality is great, unfortunately I have owned it for about two weeks I believe and used it for about a total of 40 hours max (that estimate is a bit generous) and now the voice chat doesn't work with the mic. I believe the microphone connection wire may be defective, although trying the USB connection on my computer through discord may have had trouble while using it. Overall great quality in my opinion, just wish it lasted longer. Still doesn't deserve a one star just because it is a comfortable design, just a little screwy on the wiring.

It's alright just hate the long cord, it really get tangled up too much. The audio is really good and when I play online I don't sound muffled but loud to my friends

I had a negative experience with this product, and the company quickly corrected it by sending me a new headset for free. However after using the new headset for a short amount of time, it also has stopped working in the same manner as the first set. It is not my controllers because other headphones work perfectly, but when I attempt to use these, I am unable to hear anyone say anything. The company themselves are wonderful, fast, courteous, kind, but this specific product has broken in the same manner and the same timeframe twice now.

Pros: Has Red Led which matches my LEDs in gaming rig, adjustable volume, mute and unmute, great sound for the price, great price for it in general.Cons: No bass adjuster ($10 turtle beaches have bass adjuster), Mute unmute switches are weird so you have to play around with it to figure out if the red dot means mute or unmute (it means unmute), wire is a little short.

Stopped working in less than a week

The headset itself looks nice, but the ear pieces do not sit right, it's quite uncomfortable, especially with glasses. I've been able to wear headsets just fine with glasses until I got this pair. Then after a few days of game play I noticed the sound was off, so i went into my settings on my computer and played a few test sounds. The left sound plays mostly in the right ear, and vice versa, the right sound plays mostly in the left ear, which makes Fortnite impossible to play accurately. I got this headset at an extremely discounted rate in exchange for an honest review. It's not even worth the effort to return for a refund. Into the spare parts bin it goes!

Bought for my 10 year old gaming son. He likes it well. More comfortable then his last pair! Good audio.
