just what was needed, light the weight and or add all 5 pounds, easy to get on and off.... Had to work to get the 1 lb weight out, but overall great product!

I am practicing physical therapy at home and needed adjustable ankle weights to work on strengthening my knee muscles after surgery. While searching on Amazon, I found these, which had every feature I was looking for, especially the adjustable weight since I need to gradually increase the weight as I advance on my treatment. Another great feature is that they come as a set of two, which means I can use them individually or as a set, increasing the weight up to 4lbs.Overall, I like the look of the weights, the color trim gives them a sporty style and the material is smooth and comfortable. The adjustable velcro band that secures the weights around the ankles or wrists keeps them nicely in place and once secured there is no chance of them slipping off or sliding.The only reason why I did not rate them 5 stars, is because the removable weight baggies are very difficult to remove from the individual pouches. They are hard to access and once out, I know I will struggle to put them back in. If that feature was corrected, these weights would be ideal.

Fits all sizes, weights were accurate each sandbag weighing average 0.98 lbs. Soft fabric good and comfy. Would Recommend for buying

These are very comfortable. Easy to get in and off. Fit well. For me, a great weight for how I exercise. Thankfully, the weight as is works. Because, it is nearly impossible to remove the individual sand inserts. I'm assuming you can, I gave up fearing I'd ruin them anyway.

These are not heavy, they are comfortable, adjustable and sturdy.I am not a physical trainer, therapist or even a gym person, so I'm probably using them all wrong, but I do these for toning and a bit of resistance training once in a while. I think they work awesome.

Muy cómodas, el peso es ideal para ejercicios sencillos o para principiantes. Es verdad que es un poco complicado sacar y meter las pesas de los compartimientos pero nada del otro mundo, un par de minutos y queda listo a tus necesidades. Very happy with weights. I use them on my wrists (I'm not very big and they fit just fine). Good quality.

I’m of a petite female frame and the weights cuff around my ankles comfortably during my pilates sessions. It takes some manoeuvring to change out the weights/bags but it’s not too difficult. Great value for the price, especially with the discount provided. Thank you for packing it well and delivering it quickly. Looking forward to using it often!
