About the Designer Born and raised in New York City, Alex Woo embodies the spirit and passion of a true New Yorker. With her showroom and workshop located in the heart of Rockefeller Center and an eponymous collection of jewelry, Alex has since become one of the most recognized and coveted jewelers among a new generation of designers. Woo has been designing jewelry for over a decade to much accl and success. With her her, a master bench jeweler, serving as her mentor, Woo has grown up learning an appreciation for gems, precious metals and fine craftsmanship. From winning the grand prize at the Women’s Jewelry Association’s national design competition, to being awarded one of the most prestigious accolades in the industry by experts from the JCK Design Center, her distinctive design sensibilities began at an early age.
