Tend Insights TS0020 Lynx Indoor 2-Pack 1080p HD Wi-Fi Security Camera

I have not hooked up this set yet but I do have another set like this I purchased from Sams Club in NOV 2017. Hopefully this one works once I get it hooked up. The same model from Sam's Club was very easy to set up and get working. I read reviews where people complained about the mount. You must removed the backs of the mount and take out the metal piece on it if you plan on wall mounting. The metal component is only for table top not wall mounting. For the price this is awesome. I am adding these to the set up I already have. I paid a little more on here than Sam's club however it was by $10 more and Sam's club has sent theirs to the auction site which I did not have time to deal with. I ordered these on Amazon and they arrived.

This system is easy to set up, pretty easy to use, & monitors fairly well. I could think of a few changes that would make it even better, like a easier video to next video playback. But like I said BEWARE not sure who else is monitoring on the other end but me & my lady were doing things near camera I went back to view to see if it saw anything & it did but I went back again the next day & just that footage out of all the other footage is missing.... so somebody else is watching, but they don't tell you that. They make it seem that you're the only one in control of this system. Nice system but be careful

These are great little cameras with very decent video quality. The audio is about the same as other cameras. In my opinion the best feature is the free cloud recording. Any other cameras are a pain requiring either a SD card or a recurring monthly subscription. I have 4 of the Lynx cameras and very happy with the motion detection and ability to record in the cloud and download the recordings to my cell phone.

Customer service will blame your internet upload speeds before admitting a faulty product.We used one outdoor solar camera and three indoor cameras from Tend. They worked just ok from the start. They were not very "smart", but I liked that they had free cloud service with purchase.After a while, the solar camera and one of the indoor cameras stopped working correctly. They would basically stop working and require a restart every few days. I was sending emails back and forth to customer service for weeks. They stated the problem was my internet upload speed. I continued to deny that was the cause. At one point, they finally offered to send a replacement solar camera, but they would not honor the warranty for the other because I bought it from a third party seller on Amazon.I ended up just dealing with the problem until it finally completely broke a few months before the warranty expired. I never did reach them after that, as I had already written them off as a viable option for home security. I suggest you do the same.

I love these cameras for great picture quality, easy to set up, easy to use and customer support is awesome!

One camera can’t be placed where id want it due to being too far from the router :/ other than that everything else is great! I can see camera feeds at anytime from my phone with no problems

Video quality is good,and the motion detection alerts are nice. Not giving more than 3 stars because the WiFi receiver in it isnt very good, I was unable to put one camera at the far end of the house. So now I am having to purchase a WiFi extender in order to make it work.Also, the app crashes quite frequently.

For the money it seems hard to beat. Does a great job. Affordable source for peace of mind.
