Perfect Pastries
The little pig cookie cutters are adorable. When I opened the package, I was afraid they’d be too small, but they’re actually a perfect size. Traditional “maranitos” (piggies) cookies are too large for my taste, so making these smaller is a great option. They also work well for sugar cookies! The concha scorer is sharper than I anticipated, but it is as sharp as it actually needs to be—you can smash down the bread a little bit while easily scoring the sweet topping on the conchas. Prior to this purchase, I was scoring conchas with a knife—this worked well but took long. This two-sided concha scorer gives me the option to easily score my conchas with shell lines or squares, allowing me to add some variety to my pastries. The size and shape of these items is perfect!

Smaller then I thought
So I haven’t used them yet, so I can’t say how they cut. The piggies are small as you can see in my picture. That is a snack size candy bar so you can see the comparison and that’s why I gave it 4 stars. I thought the piggies were bigger. Hope this helps someone else

Not very good.
Pig cookie cutters are ridiculously small, too small to make marranitos. I guess I should have paid more attention to the description.The concha stamp looks nice and sturdy but it makes no indentation on the concha top. You have to press super hard and risk flattening out the dough underneath to even get any sort of marking. It's easier to just use a knife and score the concha top by yourself.

Full size concha cutter and small pig cookie cutters.
The concha cutter is full size and made of stainless steel. The 3 pig cutters range from small to tiny. I actually laughed when I saw how small they were. I'm used to purchasing the gingerbread pigs from the local Mexican store. The largest cutter would maybe make a pig half the size of those you buy at the store.
