Because of the modern design, it takes little bit of effort to read it but once you get used to it, it’s really a beautiful clock—and quite out of the ordinary kitchen clocks, which is what I wanted.There is, however, some assembly required including the position and assembly of the clock hands and motor and the instructions were not that good.
