Umckaloabo is very effective for bronchial support. There is literature available on this plant. I use two capsules daily - one in the morning and one in the evening - and I feel that my breathing is clearer.

I've tried multiple natural products but sometimes the allergic reaction is just as bad as the problem I'm solving. This seems to do the trick the best , so far! I have allergies since being home more due to an accident. Perhaps i don't dust and clean enough (being honest) since this all happened. i have been having severe congestion on and off for the past year. This has pretty much cleared up the problem. I take 1 a day. 2 if congestion is bad. Otherwise i take 2 every 3 days. For me no heart palpitations, no dry mouth and no extra congestion. This has out performed everything else

I have asthma and reactive airway disease, I'm also a vocalist and tend to have seasonal allergies, and a winter cold that escalates into severe bronchitis. It's summer so I can't say whether or not it prevents that but I can definitely tell when I don't take it. Great natural alternative to control inhalers. My breathing is much deeper when I take it. I'm definitely going to buy more when I'm out. Update: This works so well I’m ordering a second bottle. I haven’t had a bronchitis flare up since I started taking it and that’s never happened before.

I’ve been taking this product for almost a month and have replaced my daily antihistamine. Even when I spend extended time outside still no allergy flare ups and I don’t wake up with any mucus build up. Worth it!
