I bought this produce because of how it is used and the cost. Using my garden sprayer easier to apply than the hose method. I used it on my deck. Applied the product in smaller spaces, then used a brush on a stick to work the product in. Waited a few minutes then hosed off. Cleaned black spots and green mold. Did a great job! Will definitely use again.

Excellent cleaner, works very fast, on a deck that hadn’t been cleaned in many, many years. In fact I came right back in less than two weeks to purchase another 3 or 4 gallons but even though they are claiming a discount off right now of 8 or 11%,the price per gallon has actually gone up $4.70 per gallon since I purchased a few weeks ago.The stuff is wonderful but not when the price goes up basically 50% per gallon versus what I paid a few weeks ago. I guess I’ll pick up something in town.

In the past, we tried many cleaners on our Trex deck. This one is by far the best. Just spray it on, wait a few minutes, and hose it off. It does a good job cleaning all the elements from trees and dirt in the fall and winter. We do it in the spring and our deck is good all It also work good on our dock.Just wear some old clothes because it could leave bleach stains. You might also want to leave tarps on your flower beds. This is the only deck cleaner we use now.

The subdivision we live in has an association, (NEVER AGAIN) and will fine you for the smallest conjectured infraction, including algae on your siding. First off, I’ve never even seen siding that grows algae, and at times, even mold. WTH?Thank goodness for this product! My husband used to have to spend hours power-washing this off. This works like a charm. It literally just removes it within a very limited amount of time.The only issue I don’t care for is the non-safety of the chemicals in it. You need to make sure you get none on your skin, or any surrounding foliage, and rinse immediately. This still flushes it into the ground, and roots system of the plants, tress, bushes, etc.I’m hoping it doesn’t have some long term effect on the ground beneath. But due to the association, until something safer comes along, this will have to do!

No scrubbing. Spray on and rinse off. Amazing stuff. Had mold on white siding 15 years old. Took it off in seconds with no scrubbing. Ordering more to have on hand. Best stuff ever ! Buy it !!!’

I have had ground in dirt/mold on my siding that has accumulated over the years. I had tried to use a more environmentally friendly washing solution, but it was extremely difficult to get the mold off. I switched to this (has some bleach), and within 3 applications the mold was gone! I was careful to wash off my plants after, and also used sparingly because I have had problems killing worms in the past using too much bleach trying to clean siding. I did not see a lot of dead worms around. I did use a pressure washer to apply and rinse off.

I've tried everything including my pressure washer and nothing compares to "30 Seconds" for getting rid of the green and mold on my outdoor fabrics and patio stones. I cannot believe how good it works. It's like magic and for all its strength it doesn't hurt nearby grass and plants. I Love this stuff!!!!!

Cleans good. But the black stuff will have to be scrubbed or painted. (Gutters).Flamed up when it hit the air vent fan over our garage but went out on its own. Not sure but being mixed with water probably saved my house.

- When first introduced years back was much stronger & effectiveHOWEVER, it is still a great product saving time & effort when cleaning stubborn stains etc.MY TIP FOR EASIER USE : Place some in a small spray bottle to better spray it right on the area needing special strong cleaning.Angela

苔というよりも壁やタイルの黒カビ除去に効果覿面です。なるべくならば、しばらけ雨が降らないタイミングでの散布がよろしいかと思います。

使用にはローラーなど使って壁や使用するところに塗付とありましたが、当家外壁は結構面積があるため噴霧器を使って噴霧しました。噴霧した直後から、みるみる元々の外壁の色になり、あっというまに綺麗になりました。お陰で綺麗な外壁となりました。

Don’t get lured in by the 30 second phrase! The only thing that takes 30 seconds is opening the bottle!I used it on fairly new outdoor tiles with light contamination! I tried to soak it for longer, but, naturally, it dries off very quickly. I used a scrubber, practically no difference between before and after.So, our are better off in buying chlorine, it’s cheaper and might work better!

外壁の汚れの掃除用に購入。緑の汚れがひどかったのでまず緑ラベルのものを噴霧。緑のコケはすぐに落ちたが跡には黒いカビがそのまま残り消える気配なし。そこでこの青ラベルを購入し、噴霧ではなくモップで拭き取り掃除。あれよあれよときれいになった。外壁の汚れは一切なくなった。これを使ってよかった。ただし後でかなり強い漂白剤の臭いが残りました。取り扱いは要注意ですね。
