Size runs small.
For some reason I got 3 boots. Not sure if it was my mistake or theirs. The size runs really small. I got a large for my very small sheltie 12 lbs. to put over a cast and it barely fit even with given the sizes in inches given on the site. They are very colorful and cute and durable.

Washable!
The best part about these boots is that you can wash everything and anything off between trips out and you can manually dry them with a towel or air dry them in a couple hours. No other dog boots we've ever had has been able to do this! So-called "waterproof" fabrics still get waterlogged when washed and then the boots are cold and wet when you try to put them on your dog the next visit out. I've been using these types of boots for a couple years now and nothing beats these boots for rainy, muddy Spring Chicago weather. Yes, stuff occasionally gets into the top, like every other boot out there, and if you don't secure them tightly enough to your dog's feet, they will fall off or be pulled off by your dog. But these are perfect for keeping mud off the soles of your dog's paws and to prevent you from the near impossible task of cleaning mud off the hair between their paws! The boots wash very easily with a quick scrub of dish soap and, most importantly, dry quickly! The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the straps are never the best quality on these. They do wear out fairly quickly and can fall off if they are not sewn on. However, I'm handy with a needle and it's never a big deal for me to sew on a new strap. The boots are fairly sturdy and the only one we've had to replace so far is because it was left out near the puppy and he chewed the back half of it off! I used to order these off Wish.com and was so happy to see them here on Amazon recently for about the same price so I didn't have to wait so long when we had to get an additional set for a new furry addition to the family. I was also pleasantly surprised that the rubber of these boots is much thicker than the ones I used to order off Wish.com, so these should last even longer! These boots don't have any insulation, so I don't use them to protect from heat or snow, but these are the best by far for mud and dirt! P.S. I have two 60 pound dogs and they both wear the XXL size, so they work fine for big dogs too!

Boots Are Thinner
I love these booties! Since we're in an area where its always foggy and the grass is always wet, these boots keep my white dog clean during morning and late night walks.I've purchased these boots a few times but have noticed that the material is getting thinner and may be ripped sooner than later. Hopefully this was just a one off or I may have to look at other options.

Make Sure They Are Tight, But Otherwise Great!
Got these in just before a week long snow storm in Texas... No joke. But they work great! Kept my dogs feet covered and clean. They have since worked great in the mud left behind. I like that they are plastic and thus easy to clean. A couple of notes: make sure you put them on as tight as you can as they can fall off. I really only had that happen once or twice, but they will if you don't really wrap them tight and you have active runners. Also, after you wash them, make sure to put them upside down to dry, or you will end up with water still in them when you try and put them on next time.UPDATE: Originally a 5 start, but 3 months in and the straps started tearing. So not super durable

Dog hates shoes? Give these a try!
OK so I just got this yesterday and used it twice and I'll probably update this when it breaks . so I have a 16lb yorkie poo, I think the size M was just slightly too small on the count that they only fit when hair and nails are done. (We are in a grooming war so only 1 foot is cut and shaved) when I first put them on she fought me the whole time and walked all weird in them because she is not used to anything on her feet. My laughing did not help her confidence. After I let her run and play outside for an hr she was one happy camper. They did not rip (believe me she was trying to destroy these things) 1 fell off but it was never properly on and I saw that before hand. She can't dig with them also can't grip the ground with them so she slid when she her lighting McQueen. I can know hear her when she walks and they make the cutest funniest sound ever. Ultimately she ended up liking them and would not let me take them off and hr later, I had to wait til she went to sleep.Day 2 its freezing raining (literally) today she did not run just a casual stroll, usually 5mins Into rain walks (minus summer) she is freezing and want to go inside (even with rain coat), today she walked for 20 mins (sadly) in the rain. Oh and did I forget to mention that she just let me put on these boots and jacket with no fuss! I got all the boots on correctly, I noticed when I twist it side to side like a door knob while pulling the back tab up I can properly get them on. She came in with dry feet and body ! Again I fought her to take them off I had to offer a treat to get rid of them. LlsOverall I would buy more of these in every color and may up the size but definitely want more!

Measurement advice was not the correct advice for my Morkie
I measured my dog's paw according to the instructions provided by the seller. My dog is 7 1/4 lbs. They arrived in perfect packaging and in mint condition, but they are too big. My dog kicks them off, and they won't stay on long enough for her to practice walking in them. She actually started shaking as I think they scared her. They are like wearing rubber boots that are too big, and I think not being able to feel secure when taking a step frightened her. Her legs are petite and thin, as she is a Morkie, and the boot runs wide around the leg part for this type of dog. Have to velcro them tight, but the paw pad is too big so they don't stay on. Wish I would have gone with the smaller size, which is what I came out in the measurement but the seller advised to size up a bit so I did not go with the smaller size. II think they would have fit better for sure. The seller did ship them expediently, so otherwise was happy with the quick arrival and good packaging of the product.
