I use body pillows to maintain my hip and pelvic area aligned when sleeping on my side. It also helps with my snoring, which provides a more restful night of sleep. I can't speak of the effectiveness for pregnant gals, since I'm not pregnant.The pillow comes in a vacuum sealed bag that is the size of a regular bed pillow. Unzip it and the pillow will naturally release the pressure, returning to it's full size. Surprisingly, there is no intolerable foam smell that is pretty common in memory foam products (the manufacturer must have perform aeration on the materials) The exterior bamboo cover have a soft plush feel to it. (You can add an extra layer of pillow case over it if you have a fabric preference) The length+width is standard for body pillows. It’s lighter than all-memory-foam-filling pillows, but heavier than down/polyester filling pillows.I would advise removing the bamboo cover and washing that first while running the filling on standard heat in a dryer. The filling will come out super plumped and fresh (add some dryer sheets too). The final washed+dried product is definitely more plumped than other body pillows i had owned in the past. The filling is a tight mixture of memory foam and fluffy fibers, creating a firm chubby plump texture that is still soft to cuddle, but firm enough that can withstand a good amount of weight. I would have taken off a full star if there was a strong smell to it (which would then requires a full week of aeration), but the pre aeration treatment of the materials was a nice touch. My final scoring for the product would a be solid four point five, with the half point deduction due to thinness of the bamboo cover, which means I will be putting an extra cover over it to counter the issue (but this is also my personal preference for easy maintenance of all my bedding).

The media could not be loaded.  I swear by tempurpedic pillows - I have to take mine (in the picture, the short pillow on the left) with me when I travel or I actually can’t sleep. I was totally willing to shell out $130 for the body pillow version ( in the picture, it’s the flat one on the right). AND YETThis $30 pillow was better than the very dense and firm but very flat and sadly not comfortable tempurpedic body pillow. I was worried that this body pillow was made out of cheap material like what teddy bears are stuffed with - this is not that at all. Kind of feels like it’s own thing, similar feel to a Casper mattress. It springs back, it’s nice and thick, it hold up and it’s the right height for me knee and arm when I sleep on my side. Watch the video for a better idea of density and feel.For reference, the small side sleeper pillow is the TEMPUR-contour (which I do highly recommend for side sleepers). IT’S THE BEST for side sleeping. It’s the only pillow I’ve found that adequately holds my cheek and neck when I’m on my side.

However, with that being said… the “never goes flat” line is false. My wife currently uses this as a pregnancy pillow and it has in fact gone flat. Still a good pillow to have but if you need a nice fluff, spritz with fabric softener and fluff in the dryer.

After 10 years of marriage my husband no longer wants to cuddle, And I am one of those people that just cannot sleep without my leg wrapped around something.So I decided to order myself this body pillow! And I am soo in love with this new addition to my bedding set..it’s super soft and fluffy, body forming..Extremely high-quality!I was also actually impressed with the smell when It came out of the bag I was expecting a chemical odor, but in-fact totally the opposite , actually smells pretty lovely, kind of an Earthy like, organic like scent.This pillow truly is a game changer, I haven’t slept better in years.. although i will probably have to make my own pillow case for it myself, since it’s so large, I haven’t been able to find one anywhere..it comes highly recommended! Totally worth the price.

Do you like to sleep with a body pillow? Is it years old, smushed down and warn out like mine was? Have you been on the fence about if you should buy a new one?Well my advice is to go ahead and buy one! you won’t regret it! I already own so many failed pillows that didn’t work out for me so I felt guilty buying a new body pillow, but omg it’s already helping my hip/leg pain SO much.I have dysplasia and I really need surgery, but in the mean time, I’ve found sleeping with both my knees and ankles on the same body pilllow, when on my side, to help my hips the most. My old one was so worn out, my knees were almost touching. I also like to use it under my knees when laying on my back.If you get hot at night or struggle to move around, satin pillowcase feels cool and I can maneuver the pillow easier.This is the pillow I bought and it is so fluffy, but not too fluffy. About twice as fluffy as my worn down one though!

I purchased this product for body support and improved posture, but unfortunately, it proved to be too soft and had a lower height than expected, failing to provide the necessary support. As a result, I decided to return it, as it did not meet my requirements.
