First of all, these diffusers are the perfect size for a table or nightstand! They're about the size of a cereal bowl, and hold a maximum of 450mL. It's extremely simple to put together right out of the box as well, and I couldn't wait to get it going!The lights are not terribly bright, but they create a lovely ambient glow in the spaces where I've placed them and would be an excellent nightlight. I have no trouble falling asleep with one right next to my bed. The one downside is that it's just a tad noisier than I thought, but nothing that'll keep you awake at night unless you require dead silence to sleep (it's just a soft hum). In regards to space: we have a 843 sq ft apartment, and we keep one in the bedroom and one near the kitchen/dinette. The immediate area around the diffuser will have a lovely hint of scent (I use pure essential oils), but we noticed that it doesn't quite fill the room, even when we leave it on a constant mist, or the five-hour interval. The best thing about these diffusers would be that they've dramatically helped tame our allergic outbursts overnight (we've got a horrible pollen allergy and live on the third floor--level with the treetops, RIP our noses).All in all, I want to buy another pair to put in our living room and bathroom! We love them.

I bought two in august then another set in october so we have one in each bedroom. So far they all work great and we run them pretty much all the time to keep the house smelling nice and feels like we're breathing in cleaner air. The scent depends on which essential oils you buy. Ive tried three different brands and only one has worked for me. I cant remember what it is off the top of my head but just do a little research and read reviews before buying oils and you should be fine. You should only need a few drops of an oil and this diffuser works great. I get compliments all the time on how good the whole house smells. Overall a good product and a good price

These diffusers are terrific; I teach high school and bought one for my classroom this year. So many students and teachers have commented on how good my room smells - without the danger of allergic reactions to artificial air fresheners! I use pure essential oils and potable water, and only need to refill twice a week with the diffuser on constantly. Would absolutely gift this, but in the two pack it is not ideal for gifting. The lights work fine, but I appreciate the no-light option for minimizing distraction; I have one in my bedroom at home, and it is so quiet that it doesn't even make white noise. Great buy!

This diffuser is great! larger than a lot of others, quiet and does the job. It doubles as a night light for my 5 and 1 year olds as well! Can be set to different times (1, 2, 4 hours) or "last" which means until it runs out of oil/water. The six of them that I have are spread throughout my house and the place smells great and has different scents for different times of day. My only complaint is that 1 of them suddenly stopped working last month. Of course it had to be the one in the baby's room. Too late for a refund or exchange so I'm not happy but the other 5 are doing their job. Win some, lose some.

I run these for hours so really enjoy the larger sizes and longer run-time. They have worked great for the last week. They are usually quiet, but last night one became really noisy - like listening to rain dripping off the roof. I brushed the disk a bit and it seems to have solved the issue - at least for now. I like that you can hold the Light button to turn it back off if you accidentally press it (instead of clicking it 27 times to go thru all the colors like my other unit.) The Mist button will go off that way too and has options for 1, 2, 5 hours and 'last' which runs till the water is gone then turns off automatically. I do not like the double lid, personally. It just makes the same mess when refilling, and is more awkward for me. I glued them together in one unit and it seems to be working fine. I'll run it another day just to be sure - and then I'll do the other one. I'd actually prefer to have one without a light so I could have total darkness while sleeping. The small on/off indicator light shows thru the opaque white unit even when turned away.

I’ve had these now for well over 6 months. I use them daily and they have held up very well, Better than other diffusers I purchased. They hold a lot more water than most so I do not have to refill every time I use them. They have settings for 1 hr. , 2 hr. And 5 hour. Even with the five hour, which is what I most frequently set it on, I do not need to refill every time. They continue to preform very well and the mist has stayed consistent. They continue to run quiet. Others I’ve used eventually the mist lessons or is sporadic and they eventually start to become quite noisy. These have held up very well.I do use distilled water in them always though. I have used others with well water and others with city water and the minerals build up quickly and plug them all up eventually.They look ok although not fancy or decorative. I’d prefer a more decorative presentation but performance and longevity has won out, which these have. Great product for a great price.

I have used a few different diffusers and I am not impressed with this one at all! It looked very similar to the other ones we have and I needed one for our bedroom. It is nothing like the ones I have in my kid's rooms. I wanted higher capacity, which it is, but I don't feel like I can really small the oil at all. It will run all night long if I put it on the "Last" setting but then it is half full in the morning. If I put it on 5 hrs, it turns off after an hour or so. It spills very easily because the lid does not lock on at all. The kids try to help with theirs and end up spilling it every time. I would love to return them but we through away the boxes right away. Not impressed, would not recommend. I have already ordered another of the ones we already have for the kids.
