Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this popcorn machine! Bought another popcorn machine from Walmart, and extremly cheap, broken, and paid more than I paid for this very great popcorn machine. It has been used very much, I made 60 bags of popcorn in about 1 1/2!Size:It's large, but the height is greater than the width which I love, because it fits perfect in our den counter.Works well:I bought several months ago, is used weekly and always excellent tasty popcorn!Looks:Super cute look!Taste:Excellent tasteHeat level:Perfect

Great well made unit, works flawlessly!!! Makes Great Popcorn!! Commercial unit worth every penny!! Great for bar or resturant. 1 batch fills the entire bottom at about the 6 inches deep and it only takes about 3 min! All kernels get popped, no burnt kernals !!! Perfect every time!!!

I'm popcorn snob, so take that with a grain of salt. I love movie theater popcorn. This thing gets you close. But not close enough for a 5 star for me. It's still not crunchy enough for my liking, it's more chewy like the cheap ones, but still a step above those. I still use the heck out of this thing and it's easy to clean.

This machine is incredible. it makes popcorn that tastes and smells just like we were in a theater. Easy to use. Warm up, add oil, add popcorn, turn on stirrer and warmer. Done! In a few minutes we have perfect hot flavorful popcorn. Clean up is a snap. All it needs is a damp cloth with some ammonia to wipe down the inside and the pot. We stay away from cleaners with scents as we're concerned it might flavor the next batch.After the pot is emptied and cools some we add a little water to it and let it set as it makes cleaning easier. This machine makes the best popcorn with those glazes. We use it weekly for our movie nights with friends.

This worked for one month. The first 3 times I used it were great. Popcorn was good, the unit was easy to use and while it was difficult to get clean, I expected that just from the type of machine it is. However, the 4th time I went to make popcorn, I turned the light on, and then turned on the pot heater and heard a click and everything turned off and will not come back on. I filed a return on Amazon, but no one has addressed this issue. I'm stuck with a popcorn machine that won't function in any way after 1 month and minimal use. Buyer beware.Update: Company responded to my email and sent a replacement unit. I haven't set it up yet but I appreciate the quick response to the problem.
