If my samsung tv uses 129 kilowatts, can i use this plug? Or does it exceed the wattage?

Unless your TV hangs in Times Square, it probably uses 129 watts, not 129 kilowatts. 129 watts is 1.2 amps, which this cord can handle just fine. (16 awg wire can handle 13 amps over short distances.) 129 kilowatts is 1172 amps, which is nearly 6 times as much power as my entire house electrical panel can handle.

How long is it from the tip of the plug to the tip of the receptacle?

The entire (1 foot cord) is 17 3/4 inches long from tip-to-tip. The length of the "cord" portion is only 11 3/4 inches, not 12 inches on the one I measured. I bought a pack of 5 but only have one available to measure.

Is the wire between the plug for the wall & the other end with the three AC outlets one foot or is the entire thing one foot?

The cord between the two ends is 12 inches. The length including both ends is 18 inches.
