Very good and quality product
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Perfect for Natural-Looking Brows!I absolutely love this brow pencil! The Ash Brown shade matches my brows perfectly—it’s not too warm or too dark. The pencil tip is ultra-fine, which makes it easy to create hair-like strokes for a very natural finish. The spoolie on the other end blends everything out beautifully. It’s long-lasting, easy to use, and the vegan formula is a big bonus. Definitely my go-to brow product now!

Very fine, thin nib which creates authentic eye brows, which can be styled using the small brush attachment.Washes off easily. Very happy with my purchase.

Avoid Ash Brown on Amazon
I’ve used this for years in Espresso and love it as a product, my go to! However, I decided it was a bit warm for me and bought Ash Brown (from a physical store) a couple of months ago which I liked much better. I was running out so re-ordered Ash Brown on Amazon for the first time and it was discoloured, almost grey (compared to my old blunt ash brown, a totally different colour), had no colour pay off and snapped at the smallest bit of pressure. Having read other reviews, this seems to be an issue with the Ash Brown shade specifically so I would avoid purchasing this shade on Amazon!I’ve had no issues with Espresso previously. I’m sad to see that it can’t be returned or refunded either.

? Faulty batch
The media could not be loaded. I've ordered from here before and have never had anything like this. Normally the products are great but I've gone to use this today and it makes no mark whatsoever. I tried for ages incase there was a tough bit at the top but after the lead snapped away a few times and there was still no product coming off I had to give up. Can someone please get in touch about this as I have had to order another.Thanks
