Great compliment to my night time routine for better sleep. I only need one for better sound sleep, although if I take 2, I have a tendency to sleep longer. Nice blend of magnesium types. Only thing they should change to the label is to list amount of each ingredient. Great Product.

I have been sleeping so much better since I started taking this magnesium blend a few weeks ago. I still awaken a few times a night to empty my bladder or reposition myself, but I have been able to nod back off very quickly each time. The dosage says to take 1-2 capsules, and I have only been taking one before bed.I think I might only take 2 capsules if I'm ever anxious about something, like out-of-town guests arriving the next day! This is definitely my new preferred magnesium supplement, and I plan to switch my hubby to this blend as soon as I buy another bottle!

I usually take Pure Encaspulation Magnesium Glycinate 120mg and liked trying the Biolor Magnesium Blend. The Biolor is a great value and meets 54% DV as opposed to 29% DV I was receiving from Pure. No negative side effects, no aftertaste and capsules are standard size. The bottle also offered a 15% off coupon.The product is NOT advertised on the bottle as gluten-free, Non-GMO or hypoallergenic so do your research if that is important to you. Also, the capsule is hypromellose which is a vegetarian source but not advertised on the bottle as such.

I have been taking the Vitamonk magnesium For a few weeks now. The capsules are easy to swallow, and it doesn’t upset my stomach. I have always found that vitamonk puts out a very good product.One of the products I was taking I had a question about. I contacted their customer service and they were very quick to get back to me and answer my question. I will continue to use Vitamonk For my supplements.

This is a great way to get additional magnesium in your diet, and it has beneficial effects on maintaining a calm attitude during the day and helping to go to sleep at night. But one of the things that I appreciate most about this product is that if I drink coffee and start to feel jittery and get an acid stomach, I can take one of these pills and that problem will go away. It's part of my daily stack now, and my stomach has never been better.

I like that this has several types of magnesium and seems to work better for me. Wish it was 100% DV with the two pills though.
