Our family does a lot of online purchasing but we write very few reviews. However a review was the right thing to do in this case. Two basic things to say: 1. Great Product and 2. Great Customer Service . I waited for 2 weeks to review this product before writing the review. I purchased two elbow sleeves after injuring my arms and elbows in a fall. From a product perspective I felt relief from pain almost immediately and the overall support for daily activities is outstanding. Just the right amount of compression and support. ( I use the large elbow sleeves and measured 12" exactly for sizing). It was worth every penny paid for the product. From a customer support perspective I had originally ordered the medium sleeve based on the sizing criteria. When I received them and tried them they were too tight / too small. I contacted the company via email and described the situation. They immediately sent out a large pair at no cost and allowed me to keep the smaller pair and avoid the return cost. That is how customer service needs to be. I will be ordering some knee support sometime soon. My son also has a pair of elbow sleeves he uses while working out. He does a lot of weight lifting. He is a big fan also and that is where I got the idea / advice to get some elbow sleeves. ( product was ordered and reviewed in May of 2020)

I bought one of these sleeves a little over a year ago and it really seemed to help the achy feeling in my elbow go away when I wore it. I usually only wore it to bed but the excessive dampness of this winter had my elbow aching almost all the time. My sleeve had gotten a little stretched out and I think I had accidently let it get into the dryer one of the times I washed it so it had a balding look to the fabric. Portions of the sleeve looked thinner and less elastic. I am most positive it was because I let it get dried, so I bought 2 new sleeves just last week with no rush shipping and they arrived within 5 weekdays of purchase and are great. I bought a 1x and a 2x so I could use the larger one possibly on my knee occasionally. My sister and Mom both used my old sleeve for a day during the Christmas holidays and they both were amazed at how their aching elbow or wrist just stopped aching as soon as the sleeve went on and the pain was gone as long as they wore the sleeve. Now I wear my new sleeves most of the time I am home from work. I've read a few of the reviews on here and have to laugh at the few people who say, "there is no copper in this sleeve" simply because they can't see it in there. The copper was made into a powder that was "infused" into the fabric before or during the weaving process. So, No you will not see actual copper threads. When wearing the sleeve my family and I both notice a cooling feel to the fabric against your skin kind of like if a metal such as copper was placed on your skin. The sleeve keeps my muscles warm but I still feel a cooling sensation when I touch it on the outside or in spots along my arm. Regardless of the science of how it feels cool but keeps the body warm it does work and it doesn't need to be visible for copper to exist in the sleeve.

Good fit got biggest size but a tad snug on biceps

I have never purchased a product like this one before, but about three and a half weeks ago I hurt my elbow while working out. The main struggle I had with recovery was that I didn't want to stop working out despite the fact that my arm continued to hurt. I decided to look into getting a compression sleeve. Despite my 15inch arm falling into the X-Large range, I decided to go with the Large size instead. I am glad that I did. The sleeve offers just the right amount of support. It initially felt a little tight, but I have found that for the two weeks that I have had this, it stretched out a little bit and now feels perfect. I can't attest to whether the copper in this sleeve actually would influence the healing that takes place, but I can say that the support this offered made my arm feel much more comfortable while I was working out.Initially I wore the sleeve all day and took it off to sleep at night. Now that I have recovered a little I find myself just wearing it to the gym. The sleeve has stretched a little bit from use, but still fits quite snugly. The band at the top of the sleeve is great at keeping it in place and prevents it from slipping down my arm. There are washing instructions printed on the inside of the sleeve, and I've washed it a few times myself and the material and shape seems to be holding up well. The lettering and logo are peeling off a bit, but that doesn't compromise the effectiveness of the sleeve.

My arm almost instantly felt better, but after a few days of wearing it, I don’t feel much of a difference. It might have been placebo. Also important note, I’m in fairly good shape. Toned, not skinny… and the medium is too big. I’m constantly pulling this up, it slides down to my wrist. Size down, ladies. It’s unisex. Medium guy arm is not a medium girl arm

I've suffered from "tennis elbow " for years, extremely painful, could hardly hold and drink my morning coffee, was also difficult to do my job at work, I was skeptical at first because my thought was what could this thin piece of elastic clothe do for me except for some support which is why I did purchase it. I wore it every day for a few months and was impressed with just the comfort alone that it provided, as time went on the pain very gradually faded, now I will only wear it if I'm doing any heavy lifting or rigorous outdoor activities, extremely satisfied especially for the price, I purchased a 2nd one for backup for when the first one is all worn out, comes with a 100% warranty, not really sure what that means but for the $20 it cost me I wasn't worried. For me I'm extremely satisfied, if you suffer from this definitely give it a try. David Barrette

Good Product. Can be used by person with height more than 5.5 ft.for shorter people, it is a little high rise.
