I ordered this for pain and discomfort in my elbow joint and am pleased to say that after two days wear, the joint is much easier and more comfortable.

This was delivered in amazingly quick time. It was well packaged. The support was in a sealed plastic cover.It is the exact colour as shown and I ordered size large. It definitely supports my elbow and helps the pain I have. However my only issue is that it is very tight at the top and pinches a bit! The elastic and grip is quite tight but it needs to be that way otherwise no point in having it I suppose ! Once I start my workout it does settle in place but it is defintely not something I could wear for longer than an hour at a time.

I have chronic arthritis and need support that is comfortable enough to wear all day. Just what I need for my bad days.

The construction of the sleeve is satisfactory. The blend of materials provides reasonable compression, offering support without overly restricting movement. While it conforms well to the elbow's contours, I found the level of compression to be on the moderate side.The antislip feature, while present, doesn't quite live up to the hype. The silicone lining helps keep the sleeve in place to some extent, but I did experience occasional slippage during more intense activities. This required periodic adjustments, which can be distracting during a workout.Breathability is a notable positive aspect of this sleeve. The fabric allows for decent ventilation, preventing excessive heat buildup during extended wear. However, the overall comfort level could be improved, especially during longer and more intense workouts.Versatility is where the AVIDDA sleeve shines. It provides consistent support across various activities, from weightlifting to yoga. Its utility extends beyond injury prevention, making it suitable for enhancing overall performance.Recovery benefits are modest. While the compression may aid in reducing minor swelling, the sleeve's impact on post-exercise soreness is not as pronounced as I had hoped.

Measured for correct fit. Works well.

I really like these support sleaves,my elbows & for arms are extremely painful but I found these to give great support & just the right amount of compression to ease the pain.They’re good quality & don’t make your arms sweat. Would definitely recommend.

Help. With pain and being active. Good value for money

I was sceptical about this working as I have agonising tennis elbow and nothing seems to work but this actually did make me feel a difference in the pain levels. It gets a bit uncomfortable to wear 24/7 but all day or all night is fine. Definitely made a difference
