Does this tool would cut Plexiglass?

You got to be kidding. You are asking if this CASE cuts plexiglass -- no it does not. The tool inside the case does not cut plexiglass either

The carrying case won't cut anything! But what is in it, rotary cutter, is great. I have used it to cut old carpet into strips to roll up & dispose of.
