Check your model
I checked mine and it said it would fit my truck but the bolt holes were a little bit off. I just jammed it up in there and itβs been working fine for about 6 months now

Went out after 5 days
Just put this in. Helped fix my fan to get all speed settings to work but after 5 days it went out and I had to put the OEM one back in.
