Grain Millers Oat Groats, Bulk, Organic, Steel Cut, Irish Oatmeal, Non GMO, 50 lbs from Country Life

We eat a lot of oats in my household and I wanted to add some extra nutrients to something we were already eating. While they can be moderately priced at the store I was having to buy them constantly. Boy was I happy to find 50 pounds, and at a great price, plus delivered to my door. This is my second bag, and we use 2 large rice dispensers to store them.Funny story. When I ordered my first 50 pound bag of oats I had also ordered some cat litter, amazon had a back order on our cat litter so I had to pick a different kind, and it came in 40 pound bags. (Sorry amazon driver.) Well, everything showed up at the same time, all in bags, all around the same weight. One thing lead to another and the oats got placed in the cat room and litter in the pantry. My bf opens the bag of oats and fills the cat box with them, he thought nothing of it since it was a "different litter." The cat box smelled so bad and I saw a grown cat eating the litter - and then it clicked. We laughed for DAYS. At least cat litter did NOT end up in the oats to eat bin, I don't think I would have recovered!

I bought these oats so I could mill them into flour to make dog biscuits. My dogs love them.

Really good oatmeal at a great price!
