My daughters love the movies and love the toys. They are small and a bit cheaply made but they do the trick.

We're not familiar with the How to Tame Your Dragon movies, but we may need to check them out - these are super cute and they've got me curious! Anyway, the toys themselves are fine! My dad retired this year and we've been making little movies together ala Robot Chicken and we used these with our Marvel Legends figures for a plot involving a bunch of tiny winged creatures coming from another dimension. They worked perfectly! :DThe dragon tamer figures can move their arms up and down and each come with a weapon that they can actually hold. With a little patience, they can stand on their own (which is always impressive for toys like these). And the dragons are just lil statues basically (zero points of articulation) but they're all really cute and have some of their details painted in. And they're all different!! I tried to show this in my photos... Some of them look like they're duplicates but, when you look more closely, you can see that they're unique (in the photo with the two black dragons, you can see that one has its mouth open and the other has their mouth closed).The only thing really lackluster about this set was the packaging. If you're planning to give this to someone, you'll probably want to get a better bag lol. Though I could easily see these being divided up as stocking stuffers! One tamer, one weapon, and 5 dragons split between three people? Fun!

These would be great if you need them for a cake topper. I was hoping they would be closer resembling the movie dragons, but the coloring is fairly odd and the quality is just low. Wings were folded over oddly, so be aware you might need to remove them from packaging for a while before use. Fun, but low quality and not at all giftable the way they came packaged.

I’m giving this five stars because this is a great price for a great collection. Our figures also came a little warped, like what other reviewers mentioned, so I wasn’t surprised. But this was actually a very easy fix! I warmed a pot of water to just below the point of boiling, then dipped each figurine in the water for five to ten seconds, and they came out perfect. The dragons wings still tend to warp when we store them too tightly, but again, we just dip them in hot water and they go right back to where they should be. The figures are durable and perfect for that kid who can sit and play with action figures for hours on end. The paint and details are pretty impressive for such an affordable set. We think they’re pretty awesome!

These figurines are awesome, but light fury (my kids' favorite dragon) arrived missing an arm. It's not even in the bag for me to glue it back together. Pretty big bummer
