Loved this exciting, fast paced story! Violet was trying to start her hiking guide business and met up with her client, Hawk. She felt something was off about him but didn’t listen to the alarm bells! Hawk was a special agent trying to find a flower to catch a cult leader, he needed Violet as a guide to the mountain. As soon as he saw her he knew she was going to be a distraction and that she was his!!! He doesn’t want to lose her but knows the secrets means she won’t trust him! There is danger, intrigue, a criminal to catch, amazing chemistry, love and romance! Violet had started up her own hiking guide buisness and Hawk had booked her as a guide but he had an altera motive. As a detective Hawks job comes first but Violet is a temptress he didn't see coming, well written steamy mountain captive romance, woth funny moments steamy scenes and more. A great addition to the series

I so enjoyed Hawk and Violet's story. She has decided to be a tour guide. First up is Hawk. They kinda have a thing but then again it was on the internet. However, while on their hike sparks kinda being to spark. Hawk is hiding a secret and it could destroy Violet's trust. Hopefully they will get there HEA.

Violet has started her own tour guide business and has an appointment with Hawk, finally. He’s rescheduled several times, so she doesn’t think he’s on the up and up. Hawk is a special agent looking for a cult leader in the mountains and needs Violet to help guide him through the terrain. She feels a taken advantage of and stupid. Getting over the lies and giving in to their attraction leaves them both ready to explode. This one started out a little different than the others and had me questioning if I wanted to keep reading. Very sweet and entertaining story! Absolutely loved the characters and can’t wait to read Walkers story! A very good series!

It was more on the order if 3.5 stars but went with the four. BBG Mets handsome man on line who books trail walk. He's "loaded" for bear and she's loaded with suspicion? Will it all work out in the end? Read to find out.
