Sheffield's finest, Reverend And The Makers release their fourth album, entitled 'Thirtytwo', on 24th February 2014 on Cooking Vinyl Records. It was produced by James Welsh, Jon McClure and Ed Cosens from the band, and Youth (Primal Scream/Depeche Mode/The Verve) and heralds an exciting new sound for the band. "The new record is sounding class, and we feel that we've hit the ground running with our new sound, forged between ourselves, James Welsh and Youth" - RATM

A solid effort!
This album is exactly what you want if you enjoyed the previous release from the band '@ Reverend_Makers'. It is a continuation of that work and produces a set of interesting tracks which sound great. 'The Devil's Radio' and 'Different Train's' are stand out for me.If you haven't heard anything from the last album or this one and were a fan of the timeless 'State of Things' or 'A French Kiss In The Chaos' the sounds on this album may take time to adjust too. This album gives me good listening pleasure however I could never put it in the same category as 'State of Things'.It is definitely worth a purchase though and for anyone buying the vinyl it is a 180g black vinyl and it is not stated in the description but it includes a download card for an MP3 version of the album.

Loved it
Great new album from the Reverend, in terms of the overall quality of the songs I think it's the best so far. There isn't one that i consider weak which can't be said of the previous albums. Always liked their combination of indie, ska and dance beats, always good value for something fun to listen to. It's not massively high-brow or complicated but who cares? This is a good fun album with some superb catchy lyrics to get your teeth into.T

Another great album
Had to download the album early on Monday as we were off to see them in Leeds on Tuesday , 5 new tracks included in the set which all dovetailed in nicely with the back catalogue , instantly likeable album , the Revarmy will love it .

Good old Reverend fare.....
Not their best album and similar to the last one but some more good tunes to enjoy if you've liked their previous work.
