It was very easy to put together and also arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged and it seems that the item was returned already and then sent to me. The sides are extremely loose and obnoxious. I will likely have to zip tie everything together. Some pieces even came bent. The 2 stars I gave are because of how easy it is to put together and how quickly it arrived. Wouldn’t buy again though.

We wanted a big wagon and we got one.

After building this product, the sides would not stay latched making it impossible to store/ move the items we were using it for!After requesting a return it was going to be double the cost of the item to return it to sender! The customer service trying to get this issue resolved was awful. I sent multiple pictures of the defective item and even tried to send a video to demonstrate how the sides were unaligned and faulty! After many pictures sent with zero results- I ended up just eating the money! I will never buy from this company again and am so disappointed in the customer service!

Great little wagon.

Upon assembly, I noticed a few problems. First off there's rust inside of the twos on almost every component. Second off the punch through tabs are still attached and have rust on them. The item was still easy to assemble and functions but needs to be resprayed
