The media could not be loaded.  The shelves themselves look nice, but the part holding them to the wall is not great. We used the screws they gave us and it didn’t even come close to the wall and was super unstable. We tried multiple other screws of different lengths and they didn’t help. Unfortunately, I stained the shelves before putting them up or else I’d just return them. I wish we’d just made our own diy wall attachment instead of buying these.UPDATE: They gave me a full refund and say they are working on fixing the design.

Nice to look at and pretty sturdy. Comes with plenty of hardware. I ordered 1 set of the 3 different lengths and it has made a cool floating entertainment center. I plan to stain them.

The wood has nice finish to it . Other than that, these shelves are the worst I have ever installed. I have installed floating shelves before. The support bars on both are warped. The one shelf tilts upward and the second one tilts downward. Very noticeable.Follow-up review: Thank you for the great customer service and prompt response to my product issue. Although the product that I received was sub-standard, I promptly received a full refund and apology which was a nice unexpected surprise.

Nice shelf and love the color but is not square to wall due to metal bad frame attachment

Disappointed to find that the metal brackets for the shelves are not at a 90 degree angle to the wall bar, and instead rise up which means there's no way the shelves will ever sit flush against the wall. Both the shelves were damaged too, even though the packaging was not. Hoping to reach customer support to get a replacement set that actually works. However the email provided with the instructions is not valid either - yikes! Heres' hoping a replacement set will actually work now I've drilled the holes in my wall!!

The media could not be loaded.  I was super excited to receive these as I love the wood color and needed the width, however, I am super disappointed. The shelves themselves are beautiful but they do not attach to the wall in the slighted and sit at a complete angle. "Fully attached" to the wall with the instructions still makes it so I can wiggle and maneuver the entire shelf, I even used a drill to try and perfect the screws... super bummed about these.

The rods that go into the shelves are crooked. The picture shows the rod against a square to show how crooked they are. It also means the hole on the instead of the selves are crooked, so once you fix the rods (which we tried bc we are in a time crunch) means it’s still going to look uneven because of how disproportionate it all is. If you are not a handy person, I would not purchase, bc you will not be able to adjust accordingly.

These were the perfect pair of solid wood shelves for us. The wood is heavy and durable, and the installation was easy. Just make sure you have a wall to support the weight of these shelves and the items you plan on putting on them.I love the rustic white look of this and we are always looking for ways to make use of vertical space in a New York City home. Recommended.
