Bought two of these, if you are wondering if it fits the Badlands Apex 12k lbs winch, it does not. It does fit the older Badlands 12k lbs winch though.Ironically, the one for the apex also is not sewn correctly. The whole corner was missed with the elastic.

Nice and snug. Doesnt really help for rain but keeps snow and bugs off the winch. Your winch should be waterproof anyways. The fact that it stays on at Interstate speeds is the best part though. Has been covering my winch for about a month now, hasnt moved. Vevor 12000lb on a receiver mount

I don't know if you can really see this in my pictures, but this is a very nice winch cover over my 10,500lb winch. Even has a cool little American flag on the front of it. It would be nicer if it was red, white, and blue instead of black and white, but it's still nice.

This cover installs easily, and looks good. It is a little tight on my Badlands APEX 12k winch, but it works well.
