This has helped my scar a lot. The only minus is when it has been on for a while and my nose gets hot it slips all over the place and does not stay in place.

I've used similar scar sheets before. This one was the right size, but so thin that it crumpled into a sticky ball immediately, started tearing when I tried to untangle it, and I've never been able to use it. Money down the drain. Really disappointing.
