This pelvic support belt did not work. The supported elastic gave out in less than a month and the buckle on the side that holds the belt around the waist kept flipping out of place. I will not buy again.

It doesn’t work! The two straps are useless! Look for one with a full panty strap

I am in recovery from groin hernia surgery.All the hernia belts I have can’t support or put the pressure on the area I need it the most. I saw this and thought I would try it.The belt around the waist was nice and tight.The two straps I was able to cross cross them where my inner leg meets my inner tight. I hooked the straps on the back of the belt pulled them through the inner thigh to the front to secure them. The pressure and support is what I was looking for. It helps for when I’m walking or doing things. Keeps me accountable and to not do too much. The only thing I don’t like is when I have to use the ladies room. I have to undo everything and redo everything. It’s worth it just for the feel of the pressure and support. It’s been the only belt that has helped me. Im glad I found it on my first week of recovery.

Many better options available, save your money.
