has rubber seal in valve stem that comes off in your valve stem
ive had them for about two weeks now and there's is a little rubber seal in the cap that gets lodged inthe top of the tires valve stem and you have to get something very tiny to pick it out to add air it works with out this ring , probably be best not to include the rubber seal at all as in an emergency situation the likely hood of having a needle or a pin to remove the ring is very unlikely and would leave you unable to add air to your tire
