Good quality but a bit rigid
I've got a mountain of decorating on the go at the moment and needed some new sanding pads for skirting boards and door frames. I have loads of cheapy ones but wanted some better quality ones for that improved finish. 3M is obviously a well respected brand, and this pad follows that trend with a pad that holds up well in use. I was surprised with how rigid it felt out of the packet, it needs a fair amount of breaking in to get it to form to curves and I found myself returning to the cheap ones to finish off rounded edges.

Won't last long if you're using it on metal railing
5m x 2m balcony railing, already painted 5 years back but needed doing again.Just about managed to finish it off to prime it ready for hammerite, but towards the end it was basically just adding dirt, rather than sanding down.I think this is a step up from a dish sponge's rough side, but not a touch on even cheap pound-shop sand-paper.Disappointed.

Just what I wanted
I'm using these on the final stages of sanding down my stained/varnished wooden handrails on the landing and both sides of the stairs going down to the ground floor. Looking good and on the way to a final grit sanding on a much finer one before applying a Boiled Linseed Oil finish.

Amazed
I'm amazed at this product. I tried to get paint off a table with normal sandpaper but was having no luck. Using this with water worked amazingly. The double bonus is you can just clean and use again and agaib

Dog scratch board
Used to make a dig borad to keep my dogs claws down. He hates his paws being touched since he had an abscess 6 months ago, this has made his bear claws disappear without the trauma, a fun activity to do with him as well

No really fit for purpose
I have a lengthy property development background and this product isn't fit for purpuse. Bought to sand down woodwork priory to primer, lasted about 5 mins before the sponge barely scored the paint. Very disappointing......

Not the toilet paper strength 💪
Lasts a lot longer than those cheapo "toilet paper" strength sandpapers I am used to. If this was advertised a lot less for 6 months you would make a killing afterwards 👌
