I just started printing some of my photography, so I've been trying to find a good quality canvas printing business. I stumbled upon this one, and figured I'd give it a try, nervous of course, about the quality. I got to experience EXCELLENT customer service from the start. I got a call from the company, and they wanted to let me know that there was a white mark on the photo I submitted with my order. I mean, how many businesses would care about this!? Most would just print the photo, and say it's not their problem. I had a guy call me, and let me know. I wasn't sure what the mark was so he emailed me the picture back, and explained what he saw, and there was a definite mark on my photo, that I was completely unaware of! He let me fix the photo and resend it. After we fixed that issue, the guy spent a good 20-25 minutes on the phone with me cropping my photo in different sections to help me get the perfect canvas, and have my watermark where I wanted. If it wasn't what I wanted, he let me move my watermark and send another picture. We went back and forth until it was perfect. AMAZING customer service. I don't know very many companies that take the time to do that. After I received my order, I wasn't very pleased with the color. The detail was good, but the color was off. I reached out to them, and they instantly responded apologizing, and asked for a picture of the canvas, as well as the original picture. They offered to fix it and send me another one. It was so easy to get this issue resolved with them! I received my next order very quickly, and the color was PERFECT. Absolutely loved my experience with this company from start to finish. I'm so glad I ended up with the correct color, so that I can continue buying my canvases through this company. I hope all the color quality on future canvases remains the same, because I would hate to go somewhere else after such a good experience.

Quality for the price is excellent. I bought a 20 x 30 canvas print of one of my photos. Very pleased with the end result. I had an issue with FedEx losing or delivering it to the wrong address. I'm not sure which but I finally got the package a couple days after it was expected. This was FedEx's fault. NOT the fault of the TreeDeal. I'm only mentioning it because TreeDeal was very responsive to my concerns that I had already paid for the artwork, yet it was looking like I wouldn't be getting it. They made me feel like they would send out another print in the event FedEx never delivered. I applaud TreeDeal for their awesome customer service and highly recommend them. Not only for their customer service but for the excellent quality of their product. I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future. Thank you TreeDeal!!

I got several photos made into pictures, all pretty detailed and good color. But the 36x24 has a slight scallop because of the canvas tension. they need to add a center support to larger frames.

The media could not be loaded.  I usually never leave reviews… in fact, this is actually my first review and I’ve had an Amazon account forever. This is the most beautiful picture I have in my home and I have plenty of beautiful pictures - more specifically of me lol. The quality is amazing and you seriously can’t beat the price! It also hides my utility box which stuck out like a sore thumb. Will definitely be ordering again as a gift!

Very pleased with the canvas material, the mounting and the hooks provided for hanging, but the photos were quite off in color. They had a strong red tinge that was not reflected in the photo prints I got at CVS of the same images. I know material changes will affect color, but would have preferred to be contacted by the seller to get a proof. I would have gladly paid for color correction on their end if it were offered. I will keep them as they look better when viewed at a distance on the wall.

We lost my Dad a few years and their favorite picture was damaged during her move out of her home. I had someone digitally repair the pic and sent to your company to drop it on a canvas. My Mom is so happy to have it back up in her home. It's bringing back good memories to her heart and mine. All we can say is, thank you so much... 💜 #gratefulhearts...
