Brand: HX LondonBrogue Boots - LacedOrdered from Amazon.inI ordered a pair in dark brown four months ago. The boots were in genuine leather with dark brown grooved rubber soles and waxed laces. I ordered a size 10 and they fit quite well. These boots are very comfortable. I found them to be so good that I ordered another pair in black. The black pair has the same brown rubber sole as the brown pair. The black pair does not have matching black soles. This is not an issue for me. I find that the dark brown soles on the black boots give it more character. I've been using both pairs daily. I work at construction sites all day long, and I find that these boots give me comfort as well as solid protection against hazards such as iron rods, stone chips and construction debris. I live and work in Calcutta where it's quite humid but rainwater does not affect these boots as they are in genuine leather. I wear them to work every day from 8 am to 6 pm. They're not that heavy at all. I've been using these boots daily for the past three months. Last week, a Maruti Swift taxi ran it's back tyre over my right foot in a crowded street and I didn't get hurt because I was wearing my boots. IMO, these are as good as professional safety shoes. I love both my pairs and cherry blossom them twice a week. I'm probably going to order the tan (light brown) pair as well. Please note that in the attached photographs, I have highlighted the nicks and scratches where the boots have protected me from protruding iron rods, iron pipes, tin sheets, rocks, timber, etc. on site. Also, the photographs of the soles are after three months of constant daily use. The soles are still good. With these boots, I know that I can jump onto any ground situation on a construction site. I recommend these boots highly.

I bought a pair of dark brown boots about ten months ago and . It's a great looking pair of boots,it fits remarkably with a pair of jeans,chinos or trousers. Comfort level is five out of five. For this price,it's a great pair of boots indeed.

Product is great as it was described in description. Fits well, size 8. However I feel I should have ordered for size 9. Looks awesome. I think it's an over all great product. Only the show laces are bit out of place, I mean it should have been of good quality. Value for money.

These pair of boots are very comfortable and product is worth the price. My right leg is broken so I am advised by the doc to wear boots. It has got everything perfect dimensions to give me a comfortable wear while working. Thanks to engineering purview of the manufacturer.

Boot will not last long. Needs a massive improvement. This looks like a smart local cobbler made it on machine in Agra or Kanpur. Complete waste on money.Better would have been if you looked at CAT shoes and copied 50% of that in making the sole.2 rating is for at least leather is genuine and look is good but poor Sole spoils the product.
