Can’t beat the price it’s kind of tricky to install you have to take your time but once installed it’s just as good as any other brand. One tip though is take some oil and drop down into the key holes lubricate everything good and then install makes for a lot easier use

Overall these door nobs seem to be decent quality. They feel kinda cheap but so do a lot of the store bought ones you get from the big box stores. But so far I haven't noticed any problems with any of them. I bought a set of 3 locks and each set came with 6 keys. So total I ended up with 18 keys to my house. So I will never have to get any new keys made. I just hung the extras up on a hook and I'll use them as needed.

I purchased these for a gift for the house my great niece just purchased. I am 65 years old & I installed these for her. The only thing needed to install them is a low profile phillips screwdriver and if you don't have one amazon has some you may order. Really a great value and they have been installed for about 2 weeks and she has not had any problems. The satin stainless finish is finger print resistant. She loves having all 3 doors with the same key for the knobs & dead bolts and you get 6 keys for each door knob dead bolt combo. She has 3 sets & 18 keys. I will purchase these again if I need more sets for any reason. The door knobs have the center mechanism that you turn to lock them on the inside which in my opinion is much better than those with knobs you twist & push in to lock. Really nice set & look nice.

If you want a $200 lock set then buy one! Don't negatively rate these because you expected something you knew you weren't going to get. Also if you don't know which end of a screwdriver to use like most of the negative reviews here then pay someone to install them for you. It took me less than 30 minutes to remove the old locks and install all three new locksets. All three installed and work perfectly. I know they aren't Schlage or some other high dollar brand but they work just fine for me and fit my meager budget. PLUS I now have 18 keys and they fit every door!

Recently purchased a new house. Finally got around to taking possession, and went to change out the locks/knobs. The set itself seemed perfectly fine. Quality was good. Loved that all the keys were keyed alike (1 key accesses all the doors). However, when we went to change them out, they were too small. The circular base of these are not large enough to fit into our current entry/exterior door. The current door knobs don't seem unusually large or anything. When we tried to put them on there, they slid through the holes. When I compared the knobs together from these ones to the current door knobs, sure enough. The knobs were considerably smaller too. Nothing to indicate the diameter of the base in description, or that there may even be an issue. Unfortunately will have to send these back and get a refund.I gave this a three star for quality and ease of convenience (keyed alike), but was rather unhappy about the lack of description information or warning of things to consider when purchasing this item by the seller. Before now, had never even considered this would be an issue.

When I got this product, I was shocked by the fact that it came with 6 keys, great for every individual member of my family. I used to have to go to my local Walmart to get the key copied so my kids can have a copy. The installation was extremely easy, and much easier than any other lock that I have bought in the past. I did not have to even modify my door to fit this lock, that's how easy it was. The lock is extremely durable. I am not a handyman, but you can tell the difference between this lock and other locks. I look forward to reordering this lock in the future, and I will recommend this to anyone who needs a new lock.

2 of the 3 worked great and were easy to install. The 3rd, not so much. When i opened the box i noticed that the inner workings for the knob were missing, and i had been given 2 inner workings for dead bolts instead. So i couldn't just use it anyway, knobs are different. I didnt want to take out all 3 deadbolts and 2 doorknobs, then put the pld ones back on while i returned the entire kit, then do it all over again when the new one arrived. So i chatted with customer service on amazon, they gave me 5 bucks. Im going to have to buy a new knob since i cant just buy the inner workings, i couldnt find a grip tight single knob on amazon, nor a single knob / deadbolt combo. no matter, im sure that 5 bucks wouldnt cover it anyway, considering what i paid for 3. Whatever, i agreed to it, because i was tired of doing the online chat, which dont get me wrong, is better then a phone call where im on hold for the better part of an hour. No thanks. Plus, i didnt open each box before i started and do a part check on all 3 individual knob / deadbolt combos before i started, so i guess its my bad. Although, the box should have been packed correctly in the first place, so im giving 2 stars. I should probably give one, but im trying to stay positive.

These door knobs are nice to look at and we bought them because they all had the same key however one of them doesn’t always work . You will shut the door with it unlocked and then will not be able to open the door back up even though it’s unlocked. This has happened a bout a dozen times In 6 months . I’m not really sure what’s wrong with it but my husband has actually had to take the door of the hindges once to get it open . It has not happened with the other two locks. We have even switched the door knob to a different door and it still did it . Luckily we have two doors to the backyard so if my husband isn’t home I can still get our dog inside . Not sure if it is a fluke since it was only one or what ?

Haven't installed deadbolt part, have to drill the holes yet, but the knobs are working better now. At first installation, knobs wouldn't turn easily, almost like they were locked but couldn't be unlocked. After weeks, they are working better now. For the money I paid for them they were well worth it. To have 3 knobs and dead bolts all keyed alike ending up with 18 keys, they are worth the money considering it would have cost a lot more for 3 like this in box store

Delivery was good, but very disappointed that 2 of the 6 door sets only worked for 16 months, before they couldn't be locked. Of the other 4 sets, 2 are rarely used and one used as a door knob, (not locked) and the other is working ok. Beware the actual mechanism is dufferent spacong for the screws than my previous locks, thereby we had to change entire lock in -30 weather when it quit!

had to replace the first one after a week, inside seemed to strip and handle just kept turning but wouldn't open the door then I had to put the second one on the the same front door it broke 2 days later ....so have a brand new lock on it but defeated the purpose of having all my doors with the same key ....what crap . I'm very disappointed!

Wow, I was nervous reading some of the reviews on this product. I trusted my heart and went with the good reviews. This is a bonus for the money. I only needed a couple of the deadbolts , but for this kind of money for three matching locks I was not worried about the extra. I now have 18 keys to my garage and doors to my house. Buy this product these are a steal !!!! This from a real product user .
