My first impressions are that the Boots are worth the Money. The heel feels like you're standing on a bubble, very comfy. Have yet to wear them for a whole work day yet though.....

So I got this boot to have a hiking shoes that was a bit taller than my previous boots. It is comfortable and fits as expected. I was a little disappointed in the insoles and one of them bunched up on my first hike. That is easily fixed by purchasing new insoles but is a bit of a disappointment. The stitching and overall quality of the boot appear solid. It has good traction on trails of both rock and dirt. Overall these are great boots for hiking and I would buy them again.

These boots are built with robustness and heartiness which will make sure your hiking adventure is a bearable and comfortable one. For me, the soles are the most important aspect for hiking shoes in that they must be able to absorb all the shock obtained while on various terrain (especially rocky ones). The soles on these boots are qualified for such an endeavor.Another feature that these boots have that attest to its quality are the laces. I cannot stand when shoes/shorts have flimsy laces, but the ones on these boots are top tier because they are sturdy and have awesome grip. The tongue of the boots also help a lot to make sure that no stray debris enter your shoes when tied properly.

I got these for my husband. He says these are now his new favorite boots. He really really loves them. They fit accurately according to his regular size. And they have great support for his foot.The only problem is that the inserts are about a quarter inch short from the toe. Which I could never wear like that, it would be super annoying. So he had to switch out the inserts to his own. I’m taking off a star for that because it could’ve easily been prevented

Bass Outdoor makes some good quality shoes. These are no exception. They have a good amount of cushion in the sole without be overly soft. That gives you a stable platform when on un-even terrain. The soles have a tread pattern that doesn't pick up gravel which can be very annoying. The fit is typical for the size I wear (9.5). The toe area is slightly tight top to bottom but I'm sure they will stretch out a little. A huge plus for these is the tongue is sewn into the upper. This means dirt and debris won't end up finding it's way into the boot. I have a number of other outdoor hiking boots and always end up with gravel or dirt inside. These are also good for yard work. If you're digging a trench having a sewn in tongue is going to keep the insides clean.

These seem like decent quality hiking boots. I’ve worn them around the house a bit. They’re fairly comfortable (not fully broken in yet), seem to have good support, and don’t slide on my heel. According to the tags included in the box, they are waterproof which I didn’t see on the product page.Just make sure you wear decent hiking socks with them as the fabric inside the boot is a little bit scratchy.
