Edit After being contacted my the Seller
The scene is beautiful and this backflow burner/vase in itself is quite beautiful. Unfortunately it was packaged horribly. The packaging for the tweezers was open and the tweezers had fallen into the bottom of the box. The baggie with the incense was open so incense and powder was everywhere. The batteries we NOT included, and finally, the worst part, the LED light doesn't work! At the time of ordering I admit I didn't even know this was supposed to have a mini light. But now that I've seen it in person I realize it sort of NEEDS one. It's difficult to admire the beautiful scene inside the case because it's so dark without a light. I borrowed some batteries from my son's backflow burner (which I believe comes from the same company and who's mini light ALSO is defective) and tried to switch them around and play with them when I realized the battery alignment lable seems to be backwards. I spun them around again but no luck. The burner is beautiful and I'll use it I supposed but if I'm going to pay 35 bucks for a piece of decor for my home I want it to work. Very disappointed. Also the incense cones are crappy and smell horrible before during and after burning but I have decent cones on the way. Be prepared to buy some decent backflow incense if you plan on buying this.Edit: Almost right after writing my review I was contacted by customer service. They seem to be very concerned for the quality of their products, the care taken during packaging/shipping, and the satisfaction of their customers. They've offered me a refund and have taken each of my concerns into account and have plans to make changes to they way they do things including increasing the quality of their incense cones, ensuring the electrical components operate correctly, and packaging their products properly so that they arrive to the customer undamaged. I'm very happy to see a company so dedicated to what they do and plan to buy from them again in the future. I'm very glad.

Disappointed
The vase is beautiful but, as others have said, mine came with no instructions regarding the battery. I have no idea what kind it takes and the light is definitely needed, as it’s quite dark without it. The incense cones are terrible quality and smell like burning sawdust. I’m using a better quality cone in my favorite scent instead of these. There were no instructions where to place the cones so I had to refer back to the photos here and enlarge them to figure it out. My tweezers were also opened but I found them in the bottom of the box.

Not happy with this product payed way too much for the quality…
It came with a light but no battery and what size battery does it take it’s so small? Also incense smells bad and doesn’t flow down the waterfall there is nothing to hold incense so it smells like resin when it burns down it’s pretty but very hard to see without the light I’m very disappointed….

No batteries
I was excited about getting this in the mail but like all the other reviews there was no instructions on the size of batteries or what kind of batteries it takes. I would like to enjoy my purchase but I can't. Not sure what to do now. Can someone please send me the kind and size batteries it takes. I hate to think I wasted $35.After further investigation of my own I looked under the lid of where the batteries go and it takes 2-1.5v LR44/AG13 batteries. I hope this helps other people who are having the same issue

Beautiful but doesn't work
While the insense burner is beautiful, the light doesn't work, and the intense is horrible smelling. There are no instructions on the type of battery it takes and the battery wasn't included. I would rather have a battery than the goofy tweezers that are worthless.$35 for a decoration is steep for me, but I figured it would be worth it. Totally isn't.
