Pen stopped differentiating
The media could not be loaded. Kids loved it until pen started to say everything was correct— can’t find anywhere to show if there is troubleshooting on this. Tried changing batteries and no luck. Would totally recommend still** Update ** reach out to company and they fully replaced it under warranty **
