Q: Can you freeze this ? I don’t think I’d use it all in a couple of months

This paste will last 3 months in fridge (maybe even a little longer). The top of the paste may oxidise and turn a darker shade of brown but it's still perfectly edible and the flavour isn't impaired. You may be surprised how quickly you get through a 500g tub as there's so much this paste can be used for. I bought it for the first time a couple months ago and have had to buy another which I'm already half way through.
