Doesn't work and I've not gotten any money back and Amazon will not help you get the money back for this defective product!!!

My brother is living totally solar AND has a business that is also completely solar. This camping stove was on his wishlist. Prior to purchasing this stove, I was extremely hesitant after having read many of the reviews. But my brother was insistent. I’m glad that he was.Since receiving this stove, my brother has raved about it. To date, he’s actually been using empty cardboard towel rolls, which works perfectly because he uses a lot of paper towels in his business. But with this stove, he can burn wood pellets, coal briquettes, kindling, old leaves, and even paper trash. So far, he’s made coffee and cooked meals.This stove was an expensive gift, but it was worth it—my brother can now cook meals and drink coffee. This is especially important on the days when his solar doesn’t provide enough power to run his coffee machine. I also feel relieved because he can also use this stove to generate enough power to, for example, charge his phone.I love the fact that the purchase included lights (which my brother is already using) and a mess kit (e.g., fork, spoon, knife, coffee pot, pans, etc.). Overall, this was perfect for my brother’s needs. If anyone is using only solar power, I strongly encourage them to purchase this stove as a backup. I also think that anyone, whether they’re on a camping trip or worried about future power outages, get one of these stoves. Unlike butane or propane stoves, this particular stove can burn a variety of different fuels—most of which can be found onsite and anywhere (e.g., paper, cardboard, kindling, charcoal, etc.).

Product came missing the 3 hanging lights with power banks as advertised, furthermore there is shorts in both the radio and the stoves switches. Radio auto switches between Bluetooth and FM,and you have to play with the power switch to get anything to work on the stove

Bought it for a Xmas gift, it was defective. Tried to return it, only to get a unusable return label. They kept brushing me off. For a month! Contacted Amazon also to no help. They actually told me to disregard or donate the item. Then they closed the A to Z claim. Do not buy this kind of junk from a third party seller.

This item is a scam it doesn't even charge longer then 30 seconds when you plug something in and you can't even get a refund or any help from the buyer.
