Versatile, robust tool for combat sports
Used for boxing and kickboxing, very versatile tool for working movement and distance without creating a need to bang hard. Helps focus on relaxing and using head and foot movement to create space, openings and evasion with counters. Great basic piece of kit that brings a bit of variety to the pads game. Recommended, these are robust without being overly heavy. Can be used to work checks as well as head and foot movement.

OK for what I need them for
A bit flimsy for punching at but useful for coaching kids (tapping which arm/leg they should be using or correcting stnace) while still socially distancing during these Covid times.
