Berlitz Language: Finnish Phrase Book & Dictionary (Berlitz Phrasebooks)

Bought this for a friend who is planning to live in Finland. I haven't heard whether it's helpful or not but she was happy to receive it!

I had planned on visiting the Scandanavian countries before we left the EU. Covid-19 has put the brakes on this plan. I got this book because I believe that it is better for the traveller to be able to say please, thank you, how much? where is? All in the local language. It will be used once things return to normal.

Great book for learning finnish if your traveling finland, I reccomend if your just going across the country, but not if you trying to learn the whole language.

This book was what I shoul dhave ordered in the first place - however I was really looking for a straight forward dictionary, no need for phrases.......

Handy little book, has a lot of phrases in them.

Great language book,just as described!

It includes the phrases alright, but the pronunciations leave a bit to be desired. I'm glad I know how to pronounce Finnish words.
