I needed microwave safe cling film, which this is, but was delighted to also discover that the box was fitted with a device to cut the required length of film. Until now the bane of trying to neatly tear cling film over a cardboard serrated edge has been my only experience and irritating. First class product.

Never owned a cling film dispenser at home before usually just have the standard pull and tare boxes. Working in hospitality though for a good few years, I have used these types of dispensers before which held 45cm wide rolls and they are excellent and make food wrapping effortless having a cutting blade.This one seems to work brilliantly and I am very happy with it, at a more standard 30cm wide it is perfect for our home kitchen. The film itself seems to be tougher than usual but clings to the edges without issue.Perfect!

Unremarkable cling film that comes in a decent length of roll with a more remarkable cutter on the lid. The film is quite thin but it's thick enough for most kitchen tasks in the fridge and microwave and it's very clingy, at least to itself. The cutter is the standout feature and it works a bit like a zip except you just lay the cling film over the strip and then slide the little 'zip-pull' and it cuts clean through the film. There don't seem to be any hidden blades to snag your fingers on, it just works and it's so much better than one of those metal and slightly lethal serrated cutting edges so many cling film boxes have. The box has to be a bit wider than the roll inside to make the cutter work, but it's worth it. Nothing very special about the film itself but the safe and effective cutter makes a big difference. The listing has changed since I got mine, now it's a pack of 6 where I just got one, looks like an identical product otherwise.
