Encased Shockproof Belt Case Designed for Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Case with Holster Clip - Military Grade 10Ft Rugged Protection (Rebel Series) (S23 Ultra)

This is a medium-duty case. It has enough bulk to offer very good protection to the cameras, and some protection to the front screen. The lip on the front only sits a couple millimeters above the screen, so I'd recommend a glass screen protector in addition to the case. The Whitestone Dome Glass Protector fits perfectly inside the case where I can remove the case to clean and put it back on without issue. I'd think most glass protectors would probably work fine with the case.I purchased this case because of the belt clip, and it works fantastic. I haven't had any issue with the phone falling out by accident, and it's an easy 1-handed mount/dismount. I don't need to remove it sitting in the car with a seatbelt. It also doubles as a side stand, but I don't use it for that. You can also purchase the belt clip separate in the event it does get damaged, although at the time of purchase, the case/clip combo was only a couple dollars more than the belt clip alone.The only thing I don't like about the case is it's made of hard plastic and is a bit slick. I haven't dropped it out of my hands due to this, but it does slide around easily on surfaces like the dashboard of my car. The case I had for years on my Note9 was an Otterbox with a rubbery outer coating that never slid on anything. It had a so-so belt clip that was definitely harder to holster one handed and was far more bulky and heavy but offered a lot more protection.Overall I highly recommend the case. It's does put a bit more bulk on the phone, but if you're looking for something with an awesome belt clip and offers some protection for the inevitable drop that would destroy an unprotected phone, this is a good choice.

I kept dropping my phone when I had my side load case that did not have a holding clip. The clip keeps the phone secure. The only problem I have is that I wear it on my left hip clipped on to my belt. When I grab it I usually use one hand, my left. When I grab it I can not avoid hitting the side buttons which answer the phone, sometimes when I do not want to. I am practicing opening it differently. It also catches my shirt in the holder sometimes and I do not know it until I try to unclip it from my belt. Overall, very convenient and secure.

My life demands a lot from any case and will expose its limits quickly. This case looks and feels quality all over. The holster also feels just as sturdy with a rotating clip held together used a stainless spring and pin. It can be rotated vertically or horizontally, it clicks firmly and can be used as a kickstand on a desk in the horizontal position. The phone secures firmly in the holster but time will tell if it's reliable and durable. There are cases with holsters online with a simple friction clip which looks otherwise similar but I haven't used one.The Samsung S23 has Gorilla Glass Victus 2 which supposedly is near indestructible but I had a second protective layer installed however this case keeps the screen towards the inside against a protective layer of microfiber felt or it can be inserted exposed if you want to view it in the case using the clip as a kickstand. I'll update my review if it fails.

The case is nice. The holster has a clip to hold the phone in, most do but I like the ones that are 'friction fit' I also would like a kickstand.Update: The clip on the holster broke, I don't believe I was hard on it and it just snapped off. I purchased a replacement because I do like the case. The new one had a card in it for a warranty activation that is supposedly good for a single replacement. If I guess if it breaks again we'll see if that warranty works.

I love this case and holster. ONLY downside is the latch breaks over time. It's always the latch that breaks. I've used this case for multiple phones over time, and have always loved them. I usually have to buy a new one 3 times over the course of 2 years due to the latch breaking. That being said, I will most definitely continue to buy them. For me they are the best on the market for the price. Don't let the latch deter you from purchasing. It's a great product. Just a kind suggestion to the manufacture to maybe work on a more robust latch on the holster.

This is my third purchase from Encased for a third different phone. I have broken 5 of the clip on units. They are very tough, but I am tougher. They have replaced all five items that I broke, with no questions asked. They stand behind what they make and sell.

I love the case, I like the holster design, but hate the Latch. I am on my forth Case and the mfr only has a 1 time replacement. The holster latch always fails exactly the same way and at same location, by the hinge/spring mount. I did find a way to salvage it all. Use a wide rubber band or velcro strap when the latch finally fails... To the MFR... JUST FIX the design...it's the latch.

Case fits well and provides great protection for the phone.

I had to switch my case to work with the holster. The new case I a bit less protective than my old one but lighter and more compact as a result. The holster with the phone facing inward compensates for the slightly lower protection.Over all I like having a holster back for my phone since it gives added protection. I looked at several true holster style setups including another one from InCase and decided this would suit my purposes better. The leather and even cloth holsters all looked massive and having owned one of each style in the past always seem to get worn out very fast. This one on the other hand should not start looking scruffy.

Just got the case but it looks like it's going to be a pretty good case for protection. It's better than Otterbox commuter I have more of a lip around the screen and not as open at the cameras.

Diese Handyhülle habe ich für einen Bekannten bestellt der Handwerker ist. Richtig stylisch ist diese Hülle nicht, aber in erster Linie geht es darum, das Handy zu schützen. Die Hülle ist relativ schwer und wirklich robust. Ich denke das ist auf der Baustelle oder Outdoor auf jeden Fall angezeigt ist das Telefon vernünftig zu schützen. Dafür ist diese Hülle bestens geeignet

This unit is well designed, engineered and built with quality material. Also, empirically proven that it is as tough as advertised.2 items to be noted -1st - the holster clip partially covered the (top) microphone opening on the case. The big hole on the clip seems way off from the actual microphone opening. Please attached photos.2nd - the case has a very tight fit on the screen side which might detach the screen protector if the protector film is wrapped too far out to the edge of the phone.5 stars awarded because (IMHO) neither noted items warrants stars being deducted.

Had this on my old Samsung S10. Now for my Samsung s23. Good quality and durable. No issues, stands up the wear and tear. Only wish other colors for case to choose from. Good on its own or with holster.
