I bought this to help my elbow pain ..I also have a frozen shoulder pulled it up as far as possible and low and behold pain relief 👍

Great product but size is important. Prev reviews I read suggested go lower … I got that wrong and support became painful after longer use . Product works and helped enormously but would recommend 2 sizes when ordering

Doesn’t make Much difference to pain relief but I guess it offers a little support. During my first work out with them I noticed they had already frayed. Poor quality. Pic to show
